The Board of Frankie and Andy’s Place, since its inception, has been committed to achieving its aims and objectives through good governance, integrity and transparency. Recognition of this by highly respected oversight organisations such as Guidestar is a testament to the efforts of all Board Members (past and present) and of course, its Co-Founders.
We never lose sight of the fact that it was you all who believed in us at the very start, when this was a tiny seed of an idea.
We never lose sight of the fact that without you all, we would never have had the opportunity to do what we love to do so much. Thankyou all for the love, support and friendship you give us, and continue to give us, without which we could never have achieved this prestigious award.
But we promise to never rest on our laurels; we are only ever as good as the last senior dog we saved, the last homeless pet we fed or the last heart we melted in the community, right?
To us, awards are not the destination, they are solely a recognition that we are on the right path...we know this is a very long journey with many mountains to climb.
